I stuck to my weekly menu pretty well last week which usually doesn’t happen. I love following my plan because it means we use everything in the fridge before it goes bad! Zero waste = a happy Dawn. This week I shopped unexpectedly and without a menu plan so I just kind of bought some random things and made a menu around them when I got home.
Breakfast:
- Bagels
- egg and cheese sandwich
- granola bar
- raisin bread
Lunch:
- soup
- leftovers
- pasta
- toasted cheese sandwich
Dinner:
- Crock pot curried vegetables and rice
- Taco’s
- Crock pot vegetable lasagna
- Mushroom stroganoff (the only thing I didn’t make from my menu last week)
- Jambalaya
